Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking the rolls.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly stir together the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and dill pickle relish until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Prepare Dough: Unroll both cans of crescent roll dough onto a flat surface and press along the perforations to seal them together forming two large sheets.
  4. Spread Filling: Evenly spread the creamy pickle mixture across each sheet of crescent dough, covering the entire surface.
  5. Roll Up Dough: Starting from the shorter side of each dough sheet, roll tightly and evenly over the filling to create a log shape.
  6. Slice Rolls: Using a serrated knife, carefully slice each rolled log into 8 pieces, each approximately 1 inch thick, for a total of 16 roll ups.
  7. Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the individual roll ups cut side down on a greased or parchment-lined 12 inch by 18 inch baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  8. Brush with Butter and Dill: In a small bowl, mix melted butter with fresh dill, then brush this mixture generously over the tops of all the rolls to add flavor and promote browning.
