  • 48 graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Prepare Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and to make cleanup easier.
  2. Cut Graham Crackers: If making a graham cracker base, break graham crackers along their scored lines into squares. Each cracker yields 8 squares when broken properly. Set aside the squares and save some crumbs for mixing into the clusters.
  3. Melt Chocolate: Place the chocolate and optional oil in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring gently after each interval, until fully melted and smooth. If the chocolate is too thick, add a bit more oil to thin it out.
  4. Mix Ingredients: Add miniature marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs to the melted chocolate mixture. Stir until all pieces are evenly coated with chocolate.
  5. Form Clusters: Use a small or medium cookie scoop or a large spoon to portion the mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. If using graham cracker squares as bases, place scoops on top of each square, leaving space between clusters.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the clusters for about one hour or until they are firm and set.
  7. Serve: Remove from fridge and enjoy these sweet, crunchy clusters as a delicious treat or party snack.
