Instructions

  2. Mix Cereal and Cookies: Pour the Rice Krispies Cereal into the prepared mixing bowl. Break up 6 of the Biscoff Cookies into small pieces and toss them in with the cereal, mixing to combine.
  3. Melt Butter and Cookie Butter: In a medium saucepan set over low heat, melt the salted butter and Biscoff Cookie Butter together, stirring frequently to combine smoothly.
  4. Add Marshmallows: Add the marshmallows to the melted butter mixture, stirring occasionally until they are about 75% melted.
  5. Finish Melting Marshmallows: Remove the saucepan from heat and continue stirring, pressing down on the marshmallows until they are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  6. Alternative Melting Method: Alternatively, melt the butter, cookie butter, and marshmallows in the microwave in bursts of high power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring in between until smoothly combined.
